What you'll do
Develop complex change orders and claims, transforming project records, cost: data, schedule impacts, and contractual requirements into compelling requests for additional time and compensation.
Perform complex cost, schedule, productivity, and other analyses to support change orders and claims.
Establish and document causal relationships between project events and resulting impacts.
Analyze project records to develop factual and quantitative claim support.
Coordinate with project teams to investigate issues and validate facts and impacts.
Develop and organize supporting documentation, exhibits, and detailed analyses.
