What you'll do
Lead the strategy and development of major change orders and claims, bringing: together contractual, cost, schedule, and project information to maximize recovery of additional time and compensation and drive successful commercial resolution.
Establish claim strategy, approach, and overall supporting analysis.
Evaluate entitlement, causation, damages, and schedule impacts in: collaboration with project and contract teams.
Direct the collection and analysis of project records needed to substantiate claims.
Coordinate with project leadership, legal, scheduling, estimating, and other stakeholders.
Review and integrate cost, schedule, and factual analyses into cohesive claim: submissions, including narratives.
