What you'll do
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CRO and revenue: leadership on strategy, initiatives, and organizational priorities
Drive leadership operations , including weekly executive staff meetings,: QBRs, and strategic planning cycles with insights that inform decision-making
Lead the CRO team's goal-setting and tracking across the global revenue organization
Effectively triage escalations and drive cross-functional resolution of: complex business blockers and time-sensitive customer issues
Serve as CRO proxy in reviewing account plans, preparing briefing materials,: and managing key customer and partner meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups
Ensure timely follow-up on critical customer and partner interactions to drive business outcomes
What they're looking for
- Serve as CRO Board Liaison, prepare board materials, investor updates, and: collaborate on executive presentations and organizational announcements
- Maintain strategic partnerships with CEO's Chief of Staff, Sales Strategy &: Analytics, Field Operations, Finance, and People teams to drive cross-functional alignment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives and senior leaders: to achieve project objectives and deliverables
- Identify delegation opportunities and optimize the CRO's time allocation to: ensure focus on the highest-value strategic activities
