What you'll do
Set and deliver SumUp Limited's operational strategy in partnership with the senior leadership team
Own the firm's outsourcing strategy, including governance, oversight, risk: assessment, and the outsourcing register
Maintain regulatory accountability documents, including the Statement of: Responsibilities and the Management Responsibility Map under SEAR
Act as a senior point of contact for the Central Bank of Ireland, supporting: inspections and regulatory engagement
Own operational resilience, business continuity, and wind down planning,: including testing and incident response
Provide regular operational reporting to the CEO, board, and Central Bank of: Ireland on performance, risk, and compliance
