What you'll do
Act as the main liaison between Clearing Operations and Product/Engineering: teams, ensuring Clearing Ops is represented and prepared throughout the product development lifecycle.
Develop deep understanding of Robinhood back office operations and build: partnerships with the desk leads and SMEs of the various areas to ensure their operational processes are considered for potential product launches
Establish a cohesive vision for Clearing Operations-wide initiatives that: span multiple teams, keeping compliance, efficiency and operational readiness at the forefront of decision-making.
Own launch readiness for new product rollouts and initiatives impacting: Clearing Operations — coordinating readiness across people, process, and technology ahead of go-live.
Track progress, measure outcomes, and communicate updates to senior stakeholders
Use data driven decision making to contribute meaningfully to enhancing operational efficiencies
