What you'll do

  • Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models.

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC multi-axis milling and turning machines.

  • Design, spec out, and implement various work holding and fixture methods.

  • Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments during the manufacturing process.

  • Perform quality control checks during and at the completion of the manufacturing process.

  • + years of experience as a programmer using CAM software such as Esprit or hyperMill (willing to train).

What they're looking for

  • + years of experience as a machine setup/operator.
  • Clear understanding of G and M code.
  • High level of familiarity with multi-axis and 3D machining.
  • Experience with 5-axis milling, live tooling lathes, mill-turns, and/or multi-task machines.
