What you'll do
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a primary focus on: GTM/Sales transactions including enterprise customer contracts
Partner closely with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to support deal velocity: and provide practical legal guidance
Help build and maintain our commercial legal infrastructure, including: contract templates, playbooks, and process improvements
Potentially partner with Policy, Safeguards, and Research teams on novel AI governance initiatives
Identify and escalate legal risks appropriately while supporting business momentum
Stay current on legal developments affecting AI technologies
What they're looking for
- Hold a law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and meet the local licensing: requirements to work as in-house counsel where you'll be based
- At least 3-5 years of legal experience, with exposure to commercial: contracts, SaaS agreements, or technology transactions
- Clear communication skills and comfort translating legal concepts for non-lawyer audiences
- A low-ego, collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external partners
