What you'll do
Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope,: MEP infrastructure, and interior/TI build-out
Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety
Oversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC: distribution, and interior layout changes
Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards
Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams
What they're looking for
- Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- + years in construction management (base build + TI preferred)
