What you'll do
Develop and manage comprehensive construction project schedules using: Primavera P6 for Crusoe’s hyperscale data center initiatives
Collaborate with development, construction, engineering, and operations teams: to maintain milestone programs and ensure alignment with overall project goals
Perform schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning
Lead critical path and near-critical path reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
Generate schedule reports and support project controls team with analytics and forecast updates
Coordinate scope alignment with trades and internal and external teams to ensure schedule accuracy
What they're looking for
- Provide recovery plans and corrective action guidance when delays or risks are identified
- Track schedule deliverables, dependencies, facilitate schedule review: meetings, and provide what-if scenario analysis with
- Support reporting requirements for leadership, clients, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and validate contractor performance against schedule
