What you'll do
Lead full lifecycle executive recruiting efforts for Director, Senior: Director, Vice President, and executive-level positions.
Partner with executive leadership to define talent strategies, organizational: requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Build and execute proactive search strategies utilizing direct sourcing,: competitive intelligence, market mapping, networking, and executive talent pipelines.
Recruit senior leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations,: Quality, and related technical functions.
Conduct rigorous candidate assessments, including leadership evaluation,: competency-based interviewing, executive referencing, and organizational fit analysis.
Provide executive leaders with market insights, compensation intelligence,: competitive landscape analysis, and talent availability trends.

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-caliber executive: talent across the automotive, industrial, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductor, and technology sectors.
- Present qualified candidates with thoughtful assessments, strengths,: development areas, and hiring recommendations.
