The opportunity

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Contract Load Representative to join our Contract Loading Team.

What you'll do

  • Review and configure executed provider contracts, amendments, W-9s, rosters,: and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and readiness for configuration.

  • Coordinate with Network Contracting, Credentialing, Roster Operations, Rate: Configuration, and leadership to resolve missing information, clarify contract intent, and manage downstream dependencies.

  • Escalate incomplete documentation, contract discrepancies, duplicate records,: complex interpretation questions, and system issues.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the current processes, procedures,: and tools associated with the Oscar business model.

  • Interact daily with Internal departments through multiple channels according to assignment needs

  • Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations

  • Form working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation pathways
  • Be accountable for monitoring and tracking the health of all assigned work-in-progress issues.
  • Escalate and resolve issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times
