What you'll do
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements: supporting Fireworks’ customer and procurement relationships.
Build and maintain scalable contracting and compliance frameworks to enable a: growing legal team to keep pace with the business.
Partner closely with legal, finance, and business teams to drive agreements from request to signature.
Manage multiple contract workstreams in parallel under fast timelines while maintaining high quality.
+ years managing commercial contracts in-house, at a law firm, or in a contracts or procurement function.
Strong hands-on drafting and redlining across a broad range of standard: commercial contracts and ability to carry negotiations independently.
