What you'll do
Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic: investments, and partnerships to expand our portfolio of land-power-shell assets.
Work cross-functionally with our data center infrastructure, site selection,: strategic finance, and legal teams on deal execution.
Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential transactions.
Conduct strategic and financial evaluation of M&A and investment: opportunities; communicate findings in business case memos and executive presentations.
Track industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential market: opportunities to inform corporate development strategy, and keep stakeholders updated on the evolving ecosystem.
Develop investment theses and market analyses to support strategic decision-making.
What they're looking for
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance our product: offerings, distribution channels, or technology stack.
- years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate: development, with a specific focus on data centers, digital infrastructure, and real estate
- Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills: specifically, experience building real estate development models, merger models, and accretion/dilution analysis
- Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable: insights and drive high-impact decisions.
