What you'll do
Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic: investments, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth, enhance capabilities, strengthen the balance sheet, and expand market reach.
Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, capital structure analysis, and: due diligence for M&A transactions, strategic investments, and debt and equity financing activities.
Conduct strategic and financial evaluation of M&A, investment, and capital: raising opportunities; communicate findings through business case memos, financing materials, and executive presentations.
Track industry trends, competitive dynamics, capital markets, and potential: market opportunities to inform corporate development and financing strategy, while keeping stakeholders updated on the evolving ecosystem.
Develop investment theses, financing strategies, and market analyses to: support strategic decision-making, capital allocation, and long-term growth.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance our product: offerings, distribution channels, technology stack, and broader corporate growth objectives, including relationships with financial sponsors, lenders, investors, and strategic counterparties.
What they're looking for
- + years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit,: or venture capital, ideally with a focus on AI, cloud infrastructure, debt capital markets, and/or restructuring.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills: specifically, experience building company models, merger models, or project finance / debt financing.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable: insights and drive high-impact decisions.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with experience: presenting to executives and external stakeholders.
