What you'll do
Serve as the primary finance partner to Public Benefit and Global Affairs: leaders, working with program teams and partner functions on every financial aspect of their work
Lead annual planning, in-year forecasting, and multi-year planning across the: giving and policy portfolio, translating strategy into clear priorities, tradeoffs, and resource-allocation decisions
Design and run stage-gated funding: tranche releases, graduation criteria, and tracking against them
Lead the financial planning of large or strategic commitments, such as: grants, loans, foundation funding, and in-kind contributions, with Legal, Tax, Corp Development and Accounting, including how each structure is accounted for and put into practice
Bring funding recommendations and tradeoffs to executive leadership.
Work with program leaders to define how outcomes are measured where revenue is not the yardstick.
What they're looking for
- + years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance,
- Experience building stage-gated or milestone-based funding frameworks
- Fluency in ERP, procurement, or finance systems
