- Fluency in U.S. GAAP and ability to research complex accounting issues, with: a proven track record of managing high volumes of complex transactions and financial issues
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the: ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences, and demonstrated success working collaboratively and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated history of taking on challenging projects and producing results: with excellent attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for establishing best practices and challenging existing processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Knowledge of or experience in the technology or payments industry
