What you'll do
You will ensure that every piece of hardware, from the moment it’s ordered to: the day it’s decommissioned, is tracked with 100% accuracy
Be responsible for data center asset lifecycle management: covering the entire process from receiving, deployment to retirement for all core DC equipment
Conduct daily operations including inbound and outbound hardware asset: management, cycle count, RMA, relocation, decommission, inventory management, etc
You’ll track and document data center asset receipts, moves, adds, changes, and decommissioning
Ability to work with high volumes of unstructured data and create appropriate: data structures to provide insights
Coordinate periodic physical inventory and asset audits at data centers to: ensure the system records are updated accordingly
What they're looking for
- Conduct daily operations including inbound and outbound hardware asset: management, cycle count, RMA, relocation, decommission, inventory management, etc
- Act as the first point of escalation of all hardware asset management: operational related matters for all regions
- Maintain SOP and promote best practices company wide and incorporate SOPs &: practices into asset management systems
- Support processes to ensure all fixed assets are physically or systematically: verified and aligned with the Company’s data center infrastructure management system and asset tracking systems
