What you'll do

  • Build Advanced Dashboards & Analytics: Design and maintain executive dashboards and self-serve reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into deal terms, discount thresholds, win/loss rates, and margin performance across all regions.

  • Transform Ideas into Reality: Work with stakeholders and help them refine their ideas and goals into queries that we’ll automate.

  • Drive Strategic Margin Analysis: Partner closely with Finance, Infrastructure and Deal Desk leadership to dive deep into historic and active pricing data, uncovering insights that ensure our quoting strategies consistently align with margin preservation goals.

  • Develop Data Pipelines: Apply your data engineering skills to build and maintain the ELT/ETL pipelines that extract messy data from Salesforce, CPQ, and billing systems, transforming it into clean, usable semantic models.

  • Power AI Workflows: Assist in integrating structured deal data into Deal Desk tools to help automate routine approvals and surface real-time pricing optimizations to deal managers.

  • Data Storytelling & Enablement: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders, empowering the Deal Desk team to use your data products for faster, data-driven negotiations.

What they're looking for

  • + years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence,: or a technical RevOps role, with a strong emphasis on full-stack data problem solving.
  • Experience incorporating data into AI workflows, utilizing LLM orchestration: frameworks, or building predictive models.
  • Expert-level SQL and deep proficiency in modern data visualization and BI: platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Sigma, PowerBI) to build intuitive executive reporting.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (or TypeScript) with hands-on experience: building ELT/ETL pipelines, interacting with APIs, and cleaning raw data.
