The opportunity

Anduril's Air Defense team builds robots that find other robots and knock them out of the sky. At a time when air superiority can no longer be taken for granted, we provide mission critical capabilities to warfighters.

What you'll do

  • Advanced degree or 5+ years of experience in a technical field, preferably in: the defense, national security, or aerospace domain

  • Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills

  • Comfortable delivering technical content to end users and reinforcing proficiency during site visits

  • Experienced in the creation and upkeep of documentation for new or developing: processes, including operational procedures and user-facing materials

  • Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers while building a: culture of influence through relationships

  • Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies, with a commitment to lifelong learning

What they're looking for

  • Prior military experience, particularly in Air Defense, Fires, or related operational roles
  • Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Weapons School (USAFWS)
  • Experience within the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) or: Special Operations Forces (SOF) community
  • Operational experience delivering defense technology solutions to USG: customers in hazardous areas or combat zones
  • Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
