What you'll do
Lead day-to-day operations and facilities maintenance activities, ensuring: services are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements and performance standards.
Assume full responsibility for contractor personnel, operations, and service: delivery in the absence of the Program Manager.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring work is: properly prioritized, resourced, scheduled, and completed on time.
Ensure contract performance complies with company policies, government: regulations, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
Develop, monitor, and track operational performance metrics, service levels,: and goals aligned with customer expectations.
Lead and participate in daily operations meetings, status reviews, and: customer engagements, serving as a key operational point of contact.

- Coordinate with supervisors, leads, and technical personnel to prioritize: work, allocate resources, and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor maintenance and operational performance, identify areas for: improvement, and implement corrective actions and process efficiencies.
- Support contract modifications, changes, and operational adjustments to meet: evolving customer and mission requirements.
- Assist with budget oversight, cost control, workforce planning, and resource: management to ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and other resources.
