- Active participation in the design community, whether through events, online: platforms, open-source contributions, or advocacy work
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex: workflows or systems clearly — and a track record of confidently engaging large audiences in public speaking settings
- Thorough understanding of modern product design workflows, with hands-on: experience building, managing, or using design systems
