What you'll do

  • Local Digital Execution: Support the rollout and optimization of localized paid media programs—including Search, Social, and Display—ensuring all campaigns are linguistically precise and aligned with Japanese business etiquette.

  • AI-Driven Agility: Leverage generative AI and agentic pipelines to accelerate the localization of ad copy, automate routine content variations, and ensure high-velocity creative testing specific to the Japanese market.

  • Search & Generative Engine Optimization: Collaborate with global and APJ teams to implement region-specific SEO and GEO strategies, maximizing organic visibility across both traditional search engines and AI chatbot platforms in Japan.

  • APJ & Global Alignment: Support paid media liaison for Japan, working closely with the broader APJ regional marketing team to share data-backed insights, align on regional goals, and adapt global campaigns for local success.

  • Pipeline Tracking & QA: Monitor the lead lifecycle from initial digital inquiry to Sales Development (xDR) handover, implementing rigorous quality assurance (QA) to maintain absolute brand compliance across Japanese touchpoints.

  • Resourceful Problem Solving: Navigate complex localization bottlenecks by managing local vendor relationships and utilizing internal marketing technology stacks to their absolute

What they're looking for

  • Hands-on Ad & Budget Management: Manage bids, budgets, placements, and creative directly in Google Ads, LinkedIn, and local Japanese networks to drive maximum ROI.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of scrappy, hands-on experience in digital marketing,: demand generation, or campaign execution, specifically within the Japanese B2B tech landscape.
  • Regional Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of Japanese business culture, digital consumption habits, and localized enterprise buying cycles.
  • Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Japanese and professional working proficiency in English to effectively bridge the gap between local sales teams and global marketing hubs.
