What you'll do
Deliver program management expertise based on experience, continuous: learning, and in-depth knowledge of Stripe’s products and implementation best practices.
Drive innovation and adoption of deployment practices, provide product: adoption insights and help users achieve the maximum value from their Stripe investment.
Focus on the continuous improvement and enablement of the Stripe: Implementation Methodology and its associated tools, templates and processes.
Provide well-established program governance to manage requirements in line: with the agreed scope and business objectives.
Proactively manage the integration of Stripe’s products into the user’s: application/technical architecture, test and change management strategies and transformation timelines.
Provide proactive risk assessment, prevention and mitigation plans and the: efficient identification, tracking, and resolution of issues and decisions using established tools and templates with internal and user stakeholders.
What they're looking for
- + years of consulting experience partnering with enterprise level strategic: users on technology solutions, with a track record of top performance or a related field
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to Stripe’s largest: users in a way which they will understand. Some may be deeply technical, others may be more business focussed, so you’ll need to talk to users in a language they can understand
- Proven program management skills and experience
- Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify suboptimal: processes and drive more efficient ways of working
- Ability to recognize repeated user-facing issues and build scalable solutions
- Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and lead executive stakeholders and key: decision makers on the user side to drive towards an agreed outcome
