What they're looking for
- Business credibility. A track record of analysis that changed a senior: business leader's decision, not only People team leaders' decisions.
- Storytelling and translation. You turn complex findings into a clear: recommendation an executive can act on in 10 minutes, and you coach others to do the same.
- Data strategy ownership. You've set metric definitions and governance, and: made a contested number, such as headcount, official across the People team and Finance.
- Program impact measurement. You've measured and improved the business impact: of People programs with a Finance partner, and you know when a pilot or comparison group is needed and when an approximation is enough.
