What you'll do
Build and lead Anduril's central maintenance function and Center of: Excellence from the ground up—defining the standards, policies, and best practices that every site will run on.
Recruit, develop, and lead a team of maintenance professionals spanning: administrative, tactical, and strategic roles.
Partner with site-specific maintenance leaders, providing oversight,: mentorship, and a consistent operating model across locations.
Design and deploy systems for work order management, preventative: maintenance, equipment selection, and asset tracking.
Support the launch of new and Greenfield facilities and lead maintenance for automation initiatives.
Own documentation, calibration, and upkeep of tooling and equipment across the network.
What they're looking for
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes, reliability, and performance management.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with manufacturing, controls engineering, and: automation teams—and roll up your sleeves on the shop floor when it counts.
- –15 years of maintenance experience, ideally in manufacturing environments.
- Role can be based out of Columbus, OH or Costa Mesa, CA with up to 50% travel: to support standing up Manufacturing Maintenance across all Anduril sites.
