The opportunity

What you'll do
Gather, reconcile, and track technical publication requirements across: programs, contracts, standards, and customer deliverables.
Track CDRL, DMRL, and other committed deliverable schedules and keep: leadership current on what is due and what has changed.
Build and maintain trackers, decision logs, action records, and status: materials that leadership and the Operations Manager rely on.
Prepare briefings, status summaries, planning materials, and decision documents for leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional follow-through across Technical Publications,: Mission Readiness, Engineering, Program Management, Training, ILS, Support, and Product.
Support leadership reviews, agendas, pre-reads, action tracking, proposals,: and the administrative work that supports department operations.
What they're looking for
- Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomy, software, hardware, or: another complex technical environment.
- Familiarity with CDRLs, DMRLs, formal documentation requirements, or similar deliverable tracking structures.
- Experience supporting leadership staff work, operational planning, executive briefings, or program reviews.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration and work-tracking systems.
- Familiarity with technical publications, Mission Readiness, ILS, training, or program-management workflows
