The opportunity
The Global Defense (GD) team is responsible for establishing and expanding Anduril's international business, developing and delivering the products and technology that address the unique security challenges faced by America's Allies and partners. The team operates across every…
What you'll do
Define Allied Maritime CONEMPs: Develop authoritative reference missions, operational vignettes, tactics, techniques, and procedures, and concepts of employment tailored to partner-nation maritime forces (e.g., long range strike in the Indo-Pacific, Baltic grey-zone incursions, Strait of Hormuz chokepoint security).
Feed Realities into Engineering & Business Lines: Act as the direct conduit between allied maritime operators and Anduril’s engineering and product teams. Ensure real-world operational constraints (e.g., degraded RF/bandwidth environments, specific sea-state realities, sovereign sensor networks) are baked into product design and R&D pipelines.
Support Operational Analysis & Objective "Red Teaming": Provide threat-informed and rigorous analysis on concepts of employment to support Anduril’s operational analysis teams. Rigorously evaluate how Anduril hardware and software perform in allied scenarios versus existing competitor or legacy architectures.
Enable Global Growth & Capture: Arm regional Business Development leads with high-impact sales enablement tools, including localized wargaming outcomes, cost-exchange analyses, and mission architectures that clearly articulate mission viability to foreign defense leaders.
Bridge Interoperability Architectures: Define the mission frameworks necessary for allied sovereign maritime systems to seamlessly interoperate with US JADC2 networks, FVEY, and NATO tactical standards.
Seed Net-New Capabilities: Identify genuine capability gaps in allied naval forces to pitch, shape, and seed requirements for international co-development projects or net-new Anduril US production lines.
