What they're looking for
- Mentor and uplevel product managers across the organization through strong: product thinking, customer empathy, and operational excellence
- + years of experience leading and developing Product ICs and Managers in an: enterprise SaaS environment through mentorship and organizational leadership
- Successful track record of building and shipping products for large-scale: enterprise customers with complex requirements (security, governance, permissions) and influencing product direction through direct customer engagement and strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of AI product strategy, AI-powered workflows, and: developer/design tooling ecosystems, coupled with deep curiosity about how AI transforms team collaboration
