What you'll do
Lead strategic initiatives and special projects across the division,: establishing scalable operations in areas such as product management, pricing, production, supply chain, facilities, and compliance.
Coordinate and prepare for leadership meetings , from setting agendas to: tracking action items and ensuring follow-through so decisions actually land.
Support internal team operations like new-employee onboarding, all-hands, and: internal business reviews, so we rapidly ramp new employees and sustain a culture of "doing things differently."
Support our corporate planning cycle by helping build and monitor performance: against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans so we hit our aggressive growth targets.
Help establish the operating model and battle rhythm for a rapidly growing: team, with an emphasis on repeatable execution patterns. At the IC4 level, you will own this.
+ years of experience in a combination of engineering and business operations: (typically consulting, tech operations, finance, or general business analysis). More experienced candidates will be considered at the IC4 level.
