What you'll do
Lead cross-functional e-commerce projects from ideation through launch and: post-launch optimization (website redesigns, platform upgrades, new market entries, feature rollouts, A/B testing programs, etc.).
Ensure timely delivery of all materials, inbound and outbound.
Manage and maintain inventory for shop.spacex.com and SpaceX employee retail stores.
Own PO issuance and invoice close out for the network of vendors.
Coordinate and prioritize work across the Product team, Developers,: Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and external agencies/vendors.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party platform partners (e.g., Shopify,: Smartsheet, Shift4, Gorgias, custom builds, payment gateways, analytics tools).
What they're looking for
- Monitor project KPIs (conversion rate, revenue impact, site performance,: on-time delivery, budget adherence) and report insights to leadership.
- Champion best practices in digital commerce, accessibility, SEO, mobile: experience, and data privacy/compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Oversee licensing partnerships and 3rd party resellers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for merchandise needs of internal: departments, including but not limited to coordinating with vendors to produce promotional or gifting product and facilitating department orders through shop.spacex.com.
