The opportunity

At Klaviyo, we value the unique backgrounds, experiences and perspectives each Klaviyo (we call ourselves Klaviyos) brings to our workplace each and every day. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success and appreciate the experiences each person brings beyond the traditional job requirements.

What you'll do

  • Own your projects and tickets end to end from problem statement to rollout to: documentation and when you see something broken, fix it or get it to the right owner rather than route around it.

  • Ship changes quickly to systems that thousands of Klaviyos rely on, while: testing your work, getting a peer review, and having a rollback plan before you touch production. Speed matters, and so does not skipping steps.

  • Treat Klaviyos as your customers partner with stakeholders to build and: improve the tooling, integrations, and documentation that make their work easier today and scale for where the business is headed.

  • Leave behind clean configurations, least-privilege access, and runbooks and: knowledge base articles good enough that the next person never has to ask you.

  • Be clear on what success looks like for each project, and use ticket data,: system telemetry, and adoption metrics to show the impact of what you built.

  • Ramp on new platforms quickly, use AI to accelerate both your learning and: your output, and treat feedback from your team as a gift.

What they're looking for

  • + years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or: systems engineering, or equivalent practical experience through an apprenticeship, internship, help desk role, home lab, or certification-backed project work.
  • Working familiarity with the admin side of core SaaS platforms such as Google: Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom.
  • Experience with problem identification and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Foundational understanding of IT systems, including enterprise device: management, secure identity, and endpoint security.
