What you'll do
Complete standardized testing, root cause, analysis, and R&D projects
Understand data trends and the ability to debug hardware & software failure
Program, load, and operate automated equipment
Triage non-conforming product and drive resolution and preventative actions
Facilitate a close relationship with the engineering team during design,: build, and test to provide design feedback; provide clear communication between the design engineering team and the production floor
Identify continuous improvement opportunities for yield, performance, and cost
What they're looking for
- Define maintenance and calibration schedules
- Troubleshoot complex problems independently with minimal direction
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- + years of professional experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment;: OR bachelor's degree in an engineering, math or science discipline
