The opportunity

Job Description As the Employee Experience & Workplace Manager at HelloFresh, you will be the strategic driver of employee engagement, company culture, and workplace operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role is based in Chippendale, Sydney, and reports directly to the Director of People & Culture.

What they're looking for

  • Champion Financial & Vendor Stewardship: Manage the regional engagement budget with high accuracy, tracking expenditures and maintaining high-value relationships with key event, catering, and office vendors.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Employee Experience, Culture or Workplace,: as well as Learning & Development.
  • Advanced skills setting up service reporting automation and interpreting raw: data (Peakon, Jira, surveys) into actionable insights and executive presentation decks.
  • Proven experience in designing, coordinating, and delivering high-impact: Learning & Development initiatives with the confidence to facilitate sessions.
