- Research and apply emerging AI tools and methodologies to accelerate program: design, development, and delivery at scale — and help define Gusto's point of view on AI's role in partner enablement going forward alongside other enablement craft peers.
- Substantial experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or professional training
- Proven track record of designing and delivering highly effective enablement: programs that drive measurable improvements in partner activation, engagement, and revenue contribution.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead learning initiatives: end-to-end—from needs analysis through delivery and post-program evaluation—while managing multiple competing priorities with minimal oversight.
