What you'll do
Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune,: Workspace One, IGEL, Jamf Pro) to support enterprise and factory line environments.
Own software distribution, patch management, and OS deployment across endpoints.
Ensure endpoint devices used on the manufacturing floor meet compliance, security, and performance standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related incidents, escalating to infrastructure or network teams as needed.
Partner with Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, and Manufacturing: Operations to deploy tools and applications reliably.
Monitor endpoint health, performance, and utilization, producing reports and recommending improvements.
What they're looking for
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator, Jamf Certified (200+), or equivalent.
- Experience with setting up factory style kiosk machines.
- Exposure to OT/manufacturing line endpoints and integration with production systems.
- Familiarity with hybrid or cloud-based endpoint management solutions (Entra ID, Intune, etc.).
- Experience with virtual desktop technologies, especially AWS or Azure hosted.
- Experience with mobile technologies including iPads and Android based Zebra Scanners.
