What you'll do
Lead and grow a team of engineers building full-stack internal tools for business-critical use cases
Partner with different teams to deeply understand their workflows and: identify opportunities for improved productivity through engineering
Set technical direction and prioritize roadmap initiatives that drive the most impact for internal users
Foster a culture of rapid iteration, user feedback, and continuous improvement within the team
Champion best practices in API design, security, and user experience across the team
Monitor system reliability, build for operational excellence, and own incident response processes
