What you'll do
Lead, grow, and support a team of software engineers working on Robinhood’s: Credit Cards & Banking product area
Set clear direction for the team across execution, technical design, and people development
Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders: to define roadmaps and deliver high-impact customer experiences
Drive the architecture, execution, and operational excellence needed to build: reliable, scalable card and banking systems
Guide engineering decisions across product surfaces, backend services, and platform dependencies
Improve team health and effectiveness through strong planning,: prioritization, feedback, and career development
