What you'll do
Own team outcomes and business impact for Forward Deployed Engineering
Coach and develop engineers across technical depth, customer empathy, and ownership
Hold the team accountable to excellence in quality, throughput, and performance
Ensure the team is focused on the right problems and highest-leverage opportunities
Partner closely with Product, Solutions Engineering, and GTM
Stay close to the work—review PRs, help scope technical work, review design: docs, and jump in on complex problems
