What you'll do
Own the frontend technical strategy and architecture for financial: reconciliation and operations products, including React and TypeScript applications for high-volume financial data, tables, filtering, visualizations, and transaction-level investigation.
Lead the design of auditable human-in-the-loop workflows covering validation,: approval states, error handling, permissions, and review history.
Define end-to-end contracts with backend and API teams so that new data: capabilities become reliable, understandable product features.
Establish best practices for frontend quality across testing, accessibility,: performance, observability, feature management, and safe rollout.
Drive the most ambiguous and high-impact initiatives, creating technical: clarity and alignment across engineering, product, design, and Finance stakeholders.
Partner directly with Finance and Accounting users to translate operational: pain points into a clear product and technical roadmap, while mentoring engineers and raising the team's technical bar.
What they're looking for
- + years of software engineering experience, including significant experience: building and shipping production web applications with React and TypeScript, with fullstack capability across frontend and backend services.
- Demonstrated track record leading ambiguous, cross-functional projects from: problem definition through design, implementation, rollout, and iteration.
- Deep frontend architecture expertise including state management, API: integration, performance optimization, accessibility, testing, and observability.
- Experience building data-rich operational products, enterprise software, or: workflow systems where accuracy and user trust are essential (financial systems, reconciliation, or payments domain experience preferred).
