What you'll do
Lead the Amplify Marketing and Content Platform engineering teams and set the: technical vision for klaviyo.com, Klaviyo Academy, the Help Center, and the content systems behind them.
Set and drive the roadmap for moving Marketing's content generation,: translation, and asset production onto AI agents. You'll agree on quality bars with stakeholders, decide where a human stays in the loop, and measure each automation by the time and cost it removes.
Work side by side with Marketing, Brand, and Localization to map how content: actually gets made today, and proactively replace the manual steps with AI agents, from copy and translations to campaign briefs and design assets.
Balance technical leadership and people leadership, setting direction,: modeling best practices, and enabling teams to deliver efficiently.
Partner closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and leaders: across Marketing, Brand, Growth, and Localization to turn their biggest bottlenecks into scalable, high-quality software.
Own the reliability, performance, and security of klaviyo.com, including on-call, incident response.
