What you'll do
Lead and grow a team of mobile engineers across iOS and Android, with: responsibility for performance management, career development, and hiring
Own the technical direction of Calendly's mobile applications, making: foundational decisions on architecture, platform standards, and engineering quality
Drive roadmap execution in close partnership with product and design,: ensuring the team ships with velocity and confidence
Partner cross-functionally with backend, platform, security, and data teams: to deliver cohesive, end-to-end mobile experiences
Establish engineering best practices for mobile: testing strategy, code review standards, release processes, and on-call/incident response
Represent mobile engineering in planning and leadership forums, translating: business priorities into clear technical direction for your team
