The opportunity
We are looking for experienced software engineers to join the Platform Ecosystem team within our Platform organization. Platform Ecosystem exists to empower the next big industries to build on Claude and to create the commercial rails that let businesses building on our platform flourish.
What you'll do
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend or platform: engineer, along with some frontend experience
Have strong product sense and the technical chops to tackle a wide variety of: challenges, and are great at working closely with cross-functional partners to ideate and execute product strategy in new domains
Are familiar with using AI tools as part of the software development process
Take a product-focused approach to platform work and care about building: solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to use
Take full ownership of your work: from design through build, deployment, and operations, to iterating on and improving your product
Can navigate ambiguity and make sound technical decisions independently, and: have ideally operated in both 0 → 1 and more mature team or company settings
