What you'll do
Lead the fullstack Switchboard team responsible for GitLab Dedicated’s: customer-facing control panel, and set clear direction for how the team delivers and evolves that product. There is a strong coordination with the assigned Product Manager.
Hire and develop a high-performing team where team members can thrive and: produce results with quality and speed.
Partner with Technical Team Leads to provide direction and act as final: decision-maker and unblocker of the team to move forward fast.
Partner closely with Product and Design on the customer-facing control panel,: including wireframes and UI direction for external users.
Own planning with the Product Manager, including priorities, dependencies, and the quarterly delivery epic.
Ensure fast, high quality and cross-functional execution across frontend,: backend, UX, product, and technical writing.

- Support the team’s mission of enabling GitLab Dedicated customers to manage: their tenant environments while reducing manual operations on the large scale Dedicated fleet.
- Proven track record building and owning large-scale distributed services,: with the technical depth to dive into architecture and guide the team on technical strategy
- Experience in driving operational excellence and you've owned services: running at four-nines (99.99%) SLOs and know what it takes to keep them there
