The opportunity

incident. io is the AI software reliability platform trusted by engineering teams at Netflix, Etsy, and 2,000+ companies who can't afford downtime.

What you'll do

  • You've closed $100k+ new business at the top end of enterprise, and you can: talk me through how you actually did it, not just what the number was.

  • You're comfortable in a room full of engineers and CTOs. Technical buyers: don't faze you, and you know the difference between selling to them and selling at them.

  • You're a proper hunter. You've got more than one way into an account, and a: run of rejection doesn't take the wind out of you.

  • You build the case with evidence. Data, the right customer story, real: product knowledge, whatever it takes to move that particular stakeholder.

  • Multi-threading is instinct, not technique. You assume there are six people: on the other side of the deal and you'd rather know all of them.

  • You've got opinions about the product and you share them. The best reps here: are the ones product actually listens to.

  • You're good to work with. You'll be close to leadership, SEs and CSMs, and: you care about being someone people want in the room.
