What you'll do
Own calendar management across multiple Finance executives, with strong: sensitivity to confidentiality and deal timing
Manage inboxes for at least two executives: triaging incoming communications, drafting responses, flagging urgencies, and ensuring high-priority items receive timely attention
Coordinate finance workstreams including document management, signature: logistics, and matter tracking across active transactions
Act as a coordination hub across Legal, Finance, GTM, and external counsel or: advisors to ensure alignment and follow-through
Draft, organize, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives including: communications with investors and counterparties
Track deadlines, deliverables, and commitments across financial planning cycles

- Support planning and execution of finance leadership offsites and cross-functional working sessions
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships on behalf of Finance leadership
- Identify opportunities to streamline finance administrative workflows using: AI, automation, and lightweight tooling
- Handle sensitive business, personnel, and financial information with the highest standard of confidentiality
