Ramp is hiring Executive Assistants to partner with senior leaders across the company. Our EAs play a critical role in helping executives operate at their best—creating focus, removing friction, anticipating needs, and ensuring important work moves forward.
What you'll do
Partner closely with senior leaders to manage their time, priorities, and day-to-day execution
Own complex, high-volume calendar management across multiple executives,: navigating frequent changes and competing priorities
Manage executive inboxes as needed, including triaging communications,: drafting responses, flagging urgent matters, and ensuring important items receive timely attention
Coordinate domestic and international travel with close attention to: efficiency, executive preferences, and changing business needs
Plan and execute leadership meetings, offsites, team events, customer or: partner engagements, and cross-functional working sessions
Draft, organize, and manage communications on behalf of executives when appropriate
What they're looking for
- Serve as a central coordination point across internal teams and external: stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and follow-through
- Track action items, deadlines, and commitments, proactively prompting: executives and partners to keep work moving
- Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships on behalf of executives
- Handle sensitive business, financial, legal, customer, and personnel information with exceptional discretion
