What you'll do
Build and execute Cohere's strategic narrative across three storytelling: surfaces: Executive Thought Leadership, Policy Storytelling, and Corporate Storytelling
Partner with the VP Global Communications on narrative architecture and: translating Cohere's narrative into content strategy and execution across the aforementioned three storytelling surfaces
Audit and gap analyses across Cohere's senior voices including the: co-founding team, CFO, Chief AI Officer, SVP Government Affairs, and various VPs supporting the business
Develop content playbooks for predictable inflection moments (regulatory: milestones, product launches, customer wins, IPO milestones) to be launched on executive and company pages
Partner with Marketing to create content for company accounts
Stand up the production function including stage capture systems, content: atomization workflows, and freelance crew networks
What they're looking for
- Build AI-enabled workflows using Cohere's own products (Command, North,: Embed, Rerank) for transcript-to-asset pipelines, executive prep automation, and narrative consistency
- Initiate executive stage content capture and distribution at major events with lean, scalable production
- Conduct executive content audits and gap analyses across senior voices
- Refine and systematize content production workflows with predictable cadences
