What you'll do
Oversee daily maintenance activities, schedules, and work assignments for all team members.
Supervise and lead HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance technicians.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training, coaching, and mentorship.
Coordinate daily maintenance activities, including routine inspections,: service calls, and preventive maintenance.
Prioritize and schedule work assignments based on urgency and operational requirements.
Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance plans, making adjustments as needed.
What they're looking for
- Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, meets established quality: standards, and complies with applicable regulations and contract requirements.
- Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Maintain an inventory of necessary parts and supplies and ensure maintenance: tools and equipment are properly maintained and functioning.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions as needed.
