What you'll do
Lead space planning and site strategy for new office openings, expansions,: and consolidations, partnering with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership on lease negotiations, site selection, and capital planning.
Manage and mentor a team of office managers across regions, setting: standards, providing coaching, and ensuring consistent execution of workplace programs globally.
Build and maintain scalable facilities frameworks (playbooks, vendor: standards, safety protocols) that regional office managers can execute locally.
Ensure all office locations comply with local labor, safety, and building: regulations, partnering with Legal and local teams to navigate country-specific requirements as we expand into new markets.
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex, cross-regional facilities issues.
Develop the facilities budget in partnership with Finance and leadership;: manage facility budget and operational costs across all sites.

- years in facilities or workplace strategy, with proven experience managing: multi-site office portfolio — not limited to a single-location operational role.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling workplace strategy in step with: business growth, ideally in a high-growth tech company.
