The opportunity
Factor_, a HelloFresh brand, is looking for you as an Operational Excellence Manager (all genders).
What you'll do
Drive impactful Operational Excellence initiatives across the site,: identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and cost
Lead cross-functional improvement projects from idea to implementation ,: using Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving to deliver sustainable results
Partner with teams across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain: to challenge existing processes, develop solutions, and turn improvement opportunities into action
Use data and operational insights to identify root causes, track performance,: and make improvement opportunities visible , supporting fact-based decision-making
Act as a trusted Operational Excellence expert and sparring partner for: operational teams and senior stakeholders, bringing new ideas and best practices to the organisation
Build and scale a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating: workshops, sharing knowledge, and enabling teams to solve problems effectively and sustainably
What they're looking for
- Own and shape your improvement agenda , balancing strategic projects with: emerging opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment
- A university degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- + years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement,: Process Engineering, or a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or food production environment
- Proven experience driving cross-functional improvement projects and turning: ideas into sustainable, measurable results
